I am happy to announce that the newest renovations at Bismarck Pride are now Fallen Earth online gold complete. The new website went live today, featuring a fully overhauled design, along with some exciting new features. Since the site’s prelaunch last October, which saw the addition of many new and exciting features, Bismarck Pride has continued to grow by leaps and bounds, both in content and traffic.
To facilitate and incorporate this continued growth, it was necessary to once again launch a brand-new site. I am also in the early stages of other planned improvements to the site, including new features and content. Stay tuned!
UPDATE: Secretary of State Al Jaeger ruled on August 5 that the petition is not valid due to missing paperwork.
Due to legal reasons, Jaeger would not offer advice on how to correct the issue; however, it appears the group behind the petition, North Dakotans for Affordable Healthcare, apparently has 20 days to take necessary corrective action.
Supporters of extending the ban had argued that everyone, namely patrons and employees, had a right to breathe clean air.
Opponents argued that such a ban restricts the freedoms of bar owners and smokers, in addition to citing concern that such a ban might have a negative impact on bar revenue.
